Plaintiff-Appellant Charles Thornton challenges on appeal the district court’s award of summary judgment in favor of Defendant-Appellees Graphic Communications Conference of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Supplemental Retirement and Disability Fund and its Board of Trustees regarding claims Thornton raised under the Employment Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
