DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court on the Plaintiffs/Debtors’ Complaint for Violation of the Bankruptcy Code’s Automatic Stay as set forth in 11 U.S.C. § 362. Prior to the time of the Trial scheduled on this matter, it was submitted to the Court that no factual issues were in dispute, and thus the matter could be decided based solely upon the Briefs submitted by the Parties.
