The defendant is a corporation which publishes and circulates TheGreensboro Daily News and The Greensboro Record, two daily newspapers published in the city of Greensboro. On 30 August, 1937, it published inThe Greensboro Daily News an Associated Press dispatch from Atlantic City, N.
