*175Dale Leo Gladue was convicted of attempt to commit burglary, a felony, after jury trial in the District Court, Eighth Judicial District, Cascade County. He and two other defendants were charged in the same information, but Gladue was tried separately. We reverse the conviction.
On May 9, 1982, the Great Falls City Police Department received a telephone report of a burglary taking place at Anderson Office Machines in Great Falls.
