Under an agreement with stockholders of the Ocala Lime Rock Company, a corporation engaged in the business of mining and selling lime rock for road material purposes in the state of Florida, C. E. Ireland, acting for the Birmingham Slag Company, purchased from each of them the shares of stock in the company standing in .his name.
