Christopher A. Brown was convicted of motor vehicle homicide by reckless driving. During trial, evidence was adduced that the victim was contributorily negligent. Brown contends that the jury was improperly instructed regarding the effect of the victim’s contributory negligence on causation, the elements of the offense, and the elements of the lesser-included offense of motor vehicle homicide by careless driving. He also contends that there was insufficient evidence to support the verdict and that the trial court erred in sentencing.
