I. INTRODUCTION

Christine Brenneman filed suit against the Defendants alleging that she was subject to a hostile work environment and retaliation, both in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”), and the Iowa Civil Rights Act, Iowa Code § 216 et seq. (“ICRA”). Brenneman also claims that she was subject to common law battery and wrongful discharge in violation of public policy under Iowa law.
