SOPER, Circuit Judge.

The Price Administrator brought an action in the District Court under Section *496205(e) of the Emergency Price Control Act, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 925(e), to recover damages from the defendants because of sales in excess of maximum prices established by Revised and Second Revised Maximum Price Regulation. 19 and amendments thereto, 8 Fed.Reg. 5536; 9 Fed.Reg. 1162. In addition to the statutory damages the Administrator prayed for an injunction to restrain the defendants from further violations of the Act.
