OPINION

BRADFORD, Judge.

Following a jury trial, AppellaniADefen-dant Bianca Newgent appeals her convictions and aggregate ninety-three-year executed sentence for Criminal Confinement Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, a Class B felony (Count I); 1 Assisting a Criminal as a Class C felony (Count II); 2 and Murder, a felony (Count III). 3 Upon appeal, Newgent claims that her convictions for Counts I and II, in light of her conviction for Count III, violate double jeopardy principles.
