Debtors Dustin E. Harrington and Stacey J. Harrington, residents of Cortland County, have filed a motion to avoid judicial liens as impairing their exemption in real property pursuant to § 522(1) of the United States Bankruptcy Code1 (Doc. 20) (“Motion”).
