Affirming.

The -First National Bank of Somerset secured two personal judgments in the Pulaski circuit court against C. H. Cassada; one for $2,200, with interest from the first day of December, 1932, nntil paid; the other, for $215.15, with interest from the 18th day of March, 1933, nntil paid, and the further sum of $11.20 costs. It also obtained a judgment enforcing a mortgage on a certain tract of land to secure the $2,200 judgment, above referred to. The land was sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of that judgment and costs, reducing it to the sum…
