Section A.—This suit was brought in the District Court of Camp County, on the 11th of March, 1889, by G. C. Cameron and her sister Annie Melton, against S. S. Morris. On the 3d day of December, 1890, James M. Feagan, a brother of plaintiffs, joined them in the suit, when they all filed amended original petition and a supplemental petition “in reply to defendant’s original answer.” The court below sustained defendant’s general demurrer to these petitions, and plaintiffs declining to amend the cause was dismissed and plaintiffs appealed.
