This appeal is from the September 29, 2011, order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County which dismissed petitions for civil contempt filed by petitioners Manville Personal Injury Settlement Trust (“Manville Trust”); Amalgamated Bank, as Trustee for the Longview Collective Investment Funds (“Amalgamated Bank”); and California State Teachers’ Retirement System (“CalSTRS”).
