BURTON PERLMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

Plaintiff, debtor in possession, filed its petition for Chapter 11 relief on February 17, 1981. A criminal complaint has been filed in the courts of the State of Ohio against Joseph Osberger, an officer of plaintiff. The basis of the criminal complaint is that Osberger caused to be written as an officer of plaintiff, a check for payment to defendant against insufficient funds.
