ORDER

NANGLE, District Judge.

Before the Court are defendants’ motions for summary judgment on the claims of plaintiff Phillip Wallace, Jr. and plaintiff Lasonya Stovall. For the reasons set forth below, defendants’ motions for summary judgment are granted.

BACKGROUND

Plaintiff Wallace, an African-American male, was hired in August of 1990, by Savannah State College 1 (“Savannah State”) as the Ladies Head Basketball Coach and in a budgeted position of Demonstration Teacher.
