—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Bucaria, J.), dated November 12, 1998, as granted the defendants’ motion for reargument, and upon reargument, *585granted that branch of the defendants’ motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against the defendant Martin Greshes.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
