Before the United States Magistrate is the motion of Insurance Company of North America (INA) to compel production of seven (7) letters from counsel for Independent Petrochemical Corporation to Peat, Mar-wick, Mitchell & Co. (hereafter Peat, Mar-wick), an accountant firm, pursuant to Rule 37 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
