Danny W. Krauth appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court 1 for the Northern District of Iowa pursuant to his conditional plea of guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (1982), two counts of knowing and intentional possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A) (1982), and four counts of income tax evasion in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201 (1982).
