As to the jurisdiction of the court over the subject-matter of" the action. “The statutory jurisdiction of this court embraces an action, against a natural person, or against a foreign or domestic corporation, wherein the complaint demands judgment for a sum of money only. ” Code Civil Proc. § 315.
