Appellant, Teresa Gail Shown, appeals from an opinion and order of the Court of Appeals which affirmed an order entered by the Ohio Circuit Court in the parties’ divorce proceedings. The Ohio Circuit Court determined, among other things, that Appellee, Robert Todd Shown, was permitted to exclude the full amount of his Kentucky Teachers’ Retirement System (KTRS) account from classification and division as marital property pursuant to KRS 161.700(2).
