This appeal involves a negligence action seeking damages for injuries sustained by Jennifer Schroeder in an automobile collision. Specifically, plaintiff, Mark Twain Illinois Bank, guardian of Jennifer’s estate, appeals the Clinton County circuit court’s summary judgment in favor of defendant, Breese Township Road District (the District).
