On August 16,1926, the appellant, Strong & MacDonald, Inc., entered into a contract with King county by the terms of which it undertook to furnish all the necessary labor and material, and construct, improve and complete for the county a part of a certain described county road. Plans and specifications for the road had theretofore been prepared by the county and the contract provided that the road was to be constructed in accordance therewith.
