ORDER

BUA, District Judge.

This order concerns defendant’s motions to suppress evidence and motion to revoke a pretrial detention order. For the reasons stated herein, defendant’s motions are denied.

I. FACTS

In February 1987, a grand jury returned a two-count indictment charging defendant Christ Savides with possession and intent to distribute over 10 kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
