Carlos Ferreira (“Ferreira”) filed a Motion under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 41(g) (“Rule 41(g)”) for Return of Property, by way of an Order to Show Cause and Affirmation, against the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and David Kelly, United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York (collectively, the “Government”).
