MEMORANDUM
MERHIGE, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on a Motion by Daikon Shield Claimant Anna M. Galarneau (“Galarneau”) to Enforce the Plan and Set Aside her Alternative Dispute Resolution Decision.1 For the reasons which follow, the Court finds that Galarneau’s motion must be denied.
I. Background
Galarneau is a Daikon Shield claimant who alleges that the Daikon Shield caused her to suffer a miscarriage in September 1972.2 Galarneau rejected her Option 3 offer of approximately $9,000.00 and elected to proceed with binding Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”). In electing ADR,…
