ORDER

McAULIFFE, District Judge.

Gabriele Currier, a citizen of Germany, petitions the court pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 11603(b), for relief under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (the “Convention”) 1 , Dec. 23, 1981, 51 Fed.Reg. 10493, 10498-502, implemented by the International Child Abduction Remedies Act (“ICARA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 11601-11610. The court exercises jurisdiction pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 11603(a).
