OPINION OF THE COURT

LOURIE, Circuit Judge.

Lionheart Holding Group, LLC (“Lionh-eart”) appeals from the decision of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania dismissing as untimely Lionheart’s breach of contract claim against Philadelphia Contribution-ship Insurance Company (“PCIC”). Lionheart Holding Group, LLC v. Phil. Contributionship Ins. Co., 534 F.Supp.2d 543 (E.D.Pa.2008). We will affirm.
