This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Oklahoma county. The action was instituted by the ■ defendants in error, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, against the plaintiffs in error, hereinafter referred to as defendants, to obtain injunctive relief, the cancellation of a judgment, and actual and exemplary damages on account of alleged wrongful garnishment.
