The administratrix of the estate of Norma M. Kendall seeks recovery in this tort action against Samuel J. Lutfy for the conscious pain and suffering of the decedent and for wrongful death. The plaintiff alleged in her amended complaint that the defendant’s negligent operation of a motor vehicle caused Mrs. Kendall severe per sonal injuries, resulting in her death by suicide.
