MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
BECHTLE, District Judge.
In this employment discrimination class action the Court held that Local 542, International Union of Operating Engineers and the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee intentionally discriminated against minorities in the operating engineers trade throughout the Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware areas in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. and 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
