This matter is before the Court on SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT ON COUNT I (Docket No. 457). 1
For the reasons set forth below, Sun-Trust (“ST”) has met its burden to show that the IOF Combo 100 loans (alternatively, “loans”) at issue in Count I of the THIRD AMENDED COMPLAINT (Docket No. 121) (“TAC”) were covered under the insurance policy.
