DEL SOLE, President Judge.

¶ 1 Joseph Pulcinello, appeals from the order of court granting Appellee’s, Consolidated Rail Corporation, petition to enforce settlement. We affirm.

¶ 2 Appellant was employed by Appellee. While employed by Appellee, Appellant was assigned to work as a carman at the Car Shop in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania. On assignment and while attempting to pry the draft gear from a rail boxcar, Appellant suffered injuries.
