GLADNEY, Judge.

This action, authorized by the Louisiana Employment Security Law, LSA-R.S. 23:-1471, was brought by Fate G. Burge for judicial review of an administrative ruling by the Board of Review — an agency of the Division of Employment Security — which denied his claim for unemployment compensation. From an adverse judgment the Administrator of the Division of Employment Security has appealed.
