In the record on appeal the defendant is referred to as Edmond Gabriel Hardy, Jr., as Elmond Gabriel Hardy, Jr., and otherwise. In the search warrant he is referred to as Elmond Gabriel Hardy, Jr. In the bill of Indictment he is referred to as Edmond Gabriel Hardy, Jr. In the title of the Judgment and Commitment on the original record filed wtih the Court of Appeals he is referred to as Edmond (Elmond) Gabriel Hardy.
