Appeal from an order denying plaintiffs’ motion for a new trial after a decision in favor of defendant.

This action was brought (a) for specific performance of an agreement contained in a stipulation of settlement of a former lawsuit by the terms of which the defendant agreed to grant to plaintiffs a right of way over defendant’s land, and (b) to restrain defendant from interfering Avith plaintiffs’ use of a certain public highway.
