This case involves a benefit dispute under the unemployment compensation law. The appellant’s claims for benefits for and subsequent to December 9, 1967 were denied by the principal claims examiner on the ground that the claimant was not available for work. Upon appeal from the examiner’s determination, the chief appeals referee heard the matter, sustained the decision of the examiner and denied appellant’s claims.
