Liquid Controls Corporation (Liquid Controls) appeals from a jury verdict entered by the district court for Thomas County which found in favor of Richard Jameson (Richard) in a strict liability action against Liquid Controls and awarded him $5 million in damages. Liquid Controls claims the district court erred in denying its motion for reduction of judgment, in failing or refusing to give certain jury instructions, and in denying its amended motion for new trial.
