Bill in Equity. The plaintiff claimed to be the owner of the right to redeem the franchise of the Buckfield Branch Railroad Company, together with all the personal and real estate which had been conveyed by said company to the respondent by a deed of mortgage; and he brought this suit to obtain a judgment of the Court that he might be permitted to redeem the same, on paying the sum which should be found to be due as principal and interest on said mortgage.
