The plaintiffs filed their bill in the Circuit Court of Brunswick, alleging that they are citizens and taxpayers of that county, and that they are duly qualified voters under the Constituton of the State of Yirginia. They allege that on the 6th of November, 1894, that being the day fixed by law for the purpose, an election was held at the various precincts in the county of Brunswick, as well as throughout the Fourth Congressional District of Yirginia, for the election of a Representative in the Congress of the United States, which election was held…
