Appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Norfolk county, in a suit in chancery, wherein the appellees were the complainants, and the appellants were the defendants.

This suit in equity was brought by Foster Black and five others, resident citizens and tax payers of the county of Norfolk, against the Board of Supervisors of that county, and the appellants, for the purpose of compelling the appellants to restore to the county treasury certain-public moneys which it is *479charged they had illegally and fraudulently withdrawn therefrom.
