Staff Sergeant Joshua P. Lovett was charged with possessing Percocet, raping a child under the age of twelve, soliciting another to commit murder, and soliciting another to plant crack cocaine, in violation of Articles 112a, 120, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 912a, 920, 934 (1994), respectively.
