This is a creditor's suit brought to subject the proceeds of two matured policies of life insurance, issued by Central States Life Insurance Company, to the payment of a debt owing to plaintiff by Huston Trolinger, the beneficiary in the policies. A writ of summons was duly issued and served on defendant Central States Life Insurance Company. A like writ was also issued for defendant Huston Trolinger, on which a non est return of service was made. No personal service was had on him in this State, and he did not enter his appearance.
