Plaintiff Judith Van Zant Grondin (“Grondin”) has moved for a preliminary injunction pursuant to Rule 65, Fed.R. Civ.P., enjoining defendants Gary R. Rossington (“Rossington”), Leon R. Wilkeson (“Wilkeson”), William N.
