The parents of Annette P. and Elizabeth P. and the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians (Houlton Band) 1 appeal from the judgment entered in the District Court (Houl-ton, Griffiths, J.) granting the petition of the Department of Human Services (DHS) to terminate the rights of the parents to their children.
