BOUDIN, Chief Judge.
In the course of a civil rights action, the district court determined that three attorneys for the plaintiff had violated Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The court revoked the pro hac vice status of the two attorneys who were not members of the court’s bar and formally censured one of the two. Young v. City of Providence, 301 F.Supp.2d 187 (D.R.I. 2004). In this decision, we address appeals by all three attorneys; the merits of the civil rights action are the subject of the plaintiffs separate appeal resolved in our companion decision issued today sub nom.…
