People ex rel. Ralston v. Herring

The parties to this proceeding each claim to he entitled to the office of city attorney of the city of Trinidad. To determine the controversy, plaintiff *446in error, as relator, brought an action against defendant. The judgment was in favor of the latter, and the relator brings the case here for review on error.
