The defendants appeal from a judgment ordering the defendant Barbara Carrier Block to pay attorney’s fees and'to convey certain premises to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff, Morris Epstein (Epstein), is a real estate broker in Colchester, and the defendant Genevieve C. Carrier (Carrier) was the owner of real property which had belonged to her husband’s family for several generations and which came to her under the will of her deceased husband by certificate of devise dated December 7,1964.
