The Appellant, Connie Robertson as Ad-ministratrix of the Estate of Ina Faye Wilson Harris, appeals the denial of a writ of prohibition. The trial court in this case disqualified the Appellant’s chosen counsel and his law firm because he had previously represented the Appellee and Real Party in Interest Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. The Appellant sought a writ of prohibition barring enforcement of the disqualification order, which was denied by the Court of Appeals, and now appeals to this Court.
