In an action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property, the defendant appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Murphy, J.), entered May 6, 1987, which, inter alia, granted the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, denied the defendant’s cross application for summary judgment, and directed the defendant to convey the subject property.
