In an action, inter alia, for specific performance of a contract to sell real property, the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (I. Aronin, J.), dated October 23, 1987, which, after a nonjury trial, is in favor of the defendants dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
Pursuant to its express terms, the parties’ contract was to
